Plan Commission

The Village of Pewaukee Plan Commission is responsible for reviewing and possibly acting on: Business Site Plans, Conditional Use Requests, and Sign Code Waiver Requests. They also review and make possible recommendations to the Village Board of the Village of Pewaukee in regards to: Plat Maps, Certified Survey Maps, and Zoning Ordinances. The Plan Commission is responsible for making and adopting the Master Plan for the physical development of the Village of Pewaukee. They also hold Public Hearings for Conditional Use Requests and Rezoning Petitions.

The Plan Commission meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7PM at Village Hall.

Application Submittal Dates for 2020

Commission members hold 3 year terms and are appointed by the Village Board. The Commission is composed of the Village President and 1 Village Trustee and 5 Citizen Members.
