Pewaukee Lake Level Order
The water levels and dates for changing the Pewaukee Lake level were established in an Order by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources March 25, 1974. The Village of Pewaukee is designated as the Outlet Dam operator and shall maintain levels as indicated below:
The maximum level of the lake is 852.80 feet above mean sea level. (msl)
The minimum level of the lake is 852.20’ msl.
From May 15 to October 1 the lake shall be maintained as reasonably as possible to 852.80’ msl
From October 15 to May 1 the lake shall be maintained as reasonably as possible to 852.20’ msl
The transition periods between the minimum and maximum are from May 1 to May 15, and October 1 to October 15, as reasonably can be achieved.
